How to Brew Perfect Kulhad Chai
Slow-simmered in clay pots to extract essential oils from whole spices.
Cold Water Spice Steep
Crush 2 cardamom pods & cinnamon into cold spring water and bring to a rolling boil.
Add Veda Assam CTC
Add 2 tsp Veda Chai leaves and simmer for 3 minutes until deep mahogany color appears.
Whole Milk Double Boil
Pour whole A2 milk and boil up to 3 times for rich creamy froth.
Pour in Clay Kulhad
Strain into pre-warmed clay Kulhad and garnish with Kashmiri Saffron strands.
